With PummaRe’ was born an idea of contemporary cuisine that binds the culinary tradition to the art of detail. Our mission is to exalt the concept of a simple and honest cuisine through attention, taste and precision that we put in every aspect of our work.
PummaRe’ is a project who research the authenticity of the home cooking, from the Neapolitan to the Roman, experimenting wider proposals, reaching the exaltation of flavors thanks to the creativity of the Chef and the research of raw materials.
There is the Neapolitan pizza, the real one, our strength is to propose it in a Gourmet version. There is the Spaghetteria, which allows the customer to choose the perfect pairing between Pasta and flavouring. There is homemade Pasta mixing different flour. There is a satisfactory menù for everyone, which keep in every dish its own philosophy: a simple and tasty comfort food, who cure the soul.
We also have a balanced wine list and a great selection of homemade beer.
And then desserts, a nice cuddle to say goodbye and enjoy the company with the food.
At last there are places and people: locations with relaxing atmosphere and an enthusiastic staff which makes the whole experience successful.
